Keeps calling and won't stop!!! I am on the do not call list.

Called me 6-8 times in two days. First time I picked up and they were offering $100 gift card, I told them no and asked them to take me off my call list. Day two they called me 4 times. Same offer told them I am not interested the caller told me he was manager and "I should not talk to him this way" I told him he should listen to me and take me off list. He told me "If I was with you in person I would slap you" then hung up. They stilled called me two more times after that in the same day.

I cannot call back it says its been disconnected, even thought they called me 10 minutes ago.

Repeatedly called me despite that my phone is a cell phone and is on the do not call list!!!!

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. I received this call saying someone was calling me from a Shelby County jail - did not say 'who' and it asked me to key in a credit card number to start accepting calls. I had reason to believe it was my son calling but when I keyed in my c/c number, I was disconnected. Calling back the number, I'm told its disconnected! I don't know if I gave my number to someone!

They call with a heavy Indian accent by the name either Francis Wright or Keith McNulty harassing me at my job or personal phone over 50 times a day have my supervisor and myself has asked them to stop.

Same crap. He says I got a payday loan from cash advance and did not pay it so they are going to sue me for $8958. Says he is calling for American Legal Services, which is part of the federal goverment.

Yes this happed to me today this person call me and told me that i took out a internet loan and he will take me to court with an indian voice he say he is the cop who is this asshole?
